Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie
The other day I accidently created what was the best smoothie of my life. I had just finished running Town Lake in Austin with one of my girlfriends and I was craving fruit and protein.
Combine 1 Chobani Greek Yogurt -Strawberry Banana flavor ,
1/2 Cup Silk Pure Coconut Milk – Vanilla flavorÂ
, Â 1 small banana
, 1 small handful of frozen or fresh strawberries
and 1 cup of ice in a blender. (If you use frozen strawberries you don’t need ice.) Blend.
Enjoy every last sip! It tastes like a little vacation to the beach. There are 14 grams of protein in 1 Chobani  Greek yogurt which is fabulous for you right after a workout. The Silk Pure Coconut Milk adds the perfect amount of sweetness. As a rule I have Chobani and Silk in my fridge at all times. Enjoy!
