Stephanie Kelley is a fitness professional based in Austin, TX and the founder of SK Fitness. Stephanie has practiced and studied Health & Fitness for more than a decade, often using Pilates as the foundation of her training with clients. She believes that variety is the key to achieving peak physical condition and encourages her students to alternate their exercise routines and continuously challenge themselves in order to produce maximum results.
Stephanie considers a healthy lifestyle to be a lifelong journey, much like a relationship, that one must nurture every day. In 2011 she created SK Fitness to share with others her balanced approach to developing such a lifestyle. At the core of SK Fitness is an invigorating physical training program based on Pilates, Yoga, strength training and cardiovascular exercise. SK Fitness also provides helpful suggestions for fitness-related products and services, new ideas for delicious yet healthy meals, and Monthly Mantras to keep your mental wellness in check, too.
Stephanie studied Pilates at the Kelly Kane School of Core Integration in New York City, and holds Power Pilates and NASM certifications. Prior to entering the fitness business Stephanie was a Media Planner at major advertising agencies including Universal McCann in New York and GSD&M in Austin. She holds a BS in Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin.
