PRIVATE SESSIONS

Stephanie Kelley, SK Fitness, Austin TX Pilates and Personal TrainingSK Fitness offers private workouts in the comfort of your home or Stephanie’s!  Want to shed a few pounds?  Want ripped arms?  Want to target that least favorite part of your body?  Let Stephanie create a workout regimen designed specifically for you! Class formats range from Pilates-based mat work to high intensity cardio and weight training.

Private Sessions are the most effective and efficient way to reach your fitness goals quickly.  You’ll get Stephanie’s undivided attention, encouragement and support as she leads you in a customized workout designed to deliver the results you want.  Stephanie will provide all the equipment you’ll need, including a fun and energizing music playlist, so all you have to do is show up and be ready for a challenge!

GROUP CLASSES 

SK Fitness offers a variety of group fitness classes throughout Austin.  From Corporate Wellness to studio classes to bachelorette parties, SK Fitness will deliver a fun yet challenging workout tailored to your party.   Classes can be customized to meet the specific needs or your group, or select from a variety of popular SK workouts such as:

Pilates Mat – This class follows the format of the original Joseph Pilates Mat program. Through this practice we will tone and tighten the entire body from the inside out by strengthening the core and increasing flexibility and body awareness.

Pilates Strength – This popular class also follows the Joseph Pilates Mat program, but incorporates light hand weights and a stability ball for additional body sculpting.  Your arms, legs and glutes will be tightened, toned and sore!  The “Kelly Ripa Arms” component is a favorite feature of this program!

Pilates Booty Boot Camp – Get ready to increase the energy!  This SK Fitness original workout is Pilates-based but adds a healthy dose of cardio and full-body sculpting to push your body to the max.  We’ll do tons of squats and lunges, focusing on core strength and balance, while raising and lowering the heart rate to burn fat fast!  Be prepared to sweat!

SORORITY FITNESS

Join the growing list of UT sororities that train with SK Fitness!  Stephanie will transform your Chapter Room into a bona fide fitness studio – just head downstairs with your yoga mat and she’ll do the rest.  Work out to a fun music playlist and bond with your sisters at the same time!  Stephanie will create a customized workout for your chapter, or choose from a variety of popular SK classes like:
