Skinny Kiwi Marg
This recipe for the Skinny Kiwi Marg is dedicated to my besties Victoria and Nicole! When they came to NYC and visited me and Jake years ago, Jake came up with this recipe for us to enjoy at the apartment before heading out on the town.
Oh goodness! We loved them. Bless my husband and his skills at making cocktails for me and my friends!
For the perfect Skinny Kiwi Marg this is what you need:
- 2 oz Silver Tequilla - Silver is easier on your body.
- 1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- Several chunks of kiwi fruit, make sure to peel it!
- Splash of agave nectar (use more if you want it sweeter)
- Splash of water
With a muddler or pestle, muddle the kiwi in the bottom of your cocktail tumbler. Really mush it up so you can make your marg a beautiful green color.
Combine the rest of the ingredients and shake in the tumbler with ice. Pour over ice and serve with a lime wedge.
